Maturity Date

Maturity Date. The date that is three calendar years from the Commencement Date.

Maturity Date. Maturity Date. Shall mean the fifth anniversary of the date hereof.

Maturity Date. Maturity Date means July 12, 2012.

Maturity Date. Shall mean with respect to any Note, such date that is eleven (11) months following the Initial Closing Date.

Maturity Date. Shall mean, with respect to any Note, December 31, 2010.

Maturity Date. The earlier of (a) the next Business Day following the closing date of the Senior Credit Facility or any similar credit facility or (b) December 31, 2007.

Maturity Date. Means the earlier of (i) June 7, 2010, or (ii) the date the principal balance of this Note is accelerated as provided in Section 6 of this Note.

With respect to each Note issued under this Agreement: (a) the closing of a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses effected by the Company; or (b) subject to the terms of the Company Governing Documents.

Maturity Date. In respect of each Loan, the day falling two years after the funding of such Loan, provided if such day is not a Business Day, then the next succeeding Business Day.
