Maturity Date

Maturity Date. Means the one-year anniversary of the Issuance Date.

Maturity Date. Means the earlier of [i] November 1, 2008; or [ii] the date on which Tenants acquire fee simple title to the Facilities pursuant to the Options to Purchase the Facilities under the Leases.

Maturity Date. The first day of February 1, 2016, or any earlier date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise.

Maturity Date. Shall mean the earlier of (1) June 21, 2006 and (2) the thirtieth day following the termination of the Borrower's employment with the Lender; provided, however, that the Maturity Date shall in no event be earlier than June 21, 2002.

Maturity Date. Is with respect to each Equipment Advance, the last day of the Repayment Period for such Equipment Advance, or if earlier, (i) the date of prepayment and/or (ii) the date of acceleration of such Equipment Advance by Bank following an Event of Default.

Maturity Date. Shall mean July 1, 2010.

Maturity Date. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Note.

Maturity Date. Means, with respect to the Notes, April 29, 2007.

Maturity Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) June 18, 2025 and (ii) the initial time of consummation by the Company after the date hereof of any public or private offering(s), individually or in the aggregate, of securities with gross proceeds of at least $1 million.

Maturity Date. Means January 31, 2008 or any earlier date on which the Commitments are reduced to zero or otherwise terminated pursuant to the terms hereof.
