Example Definitions of "Maturity Date"
Maturity Date. Means the earlier of (i) June 7, 2010, or (ii) the date the principal balance of this Note is accelerated as provided in Section 6 of this Note.
Maturity Date. With respect to each Note issued under this Agreement: (a) the closing of a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses effected by the Company; or (b) subject to the terms of the Company Governing Documents.
Maturity Date. In respect of each Loan, the day falling two years after the funding of such Loan, provided if such day is not a Business Day, then the next succeeding Business Day.
Maturity Date.
