Maturity Date
Maturity Date. Shall mean 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the last Business Day of the twentieth full calendar quarter subsequent to the date of this Note.
Maturity Date. Means August 29, 2016; provided, however, that if such date is not a Business Day, the Maturity Date shall be the next preceding Business Day.
