Example Definitions of "Measurement Date"
Measurement Date. For each applicable Measurement Period, the earlier of the Change in Control Measurement Date or, as applicable, (i) the First Measurement Date, (ii) the Second Measurement Date, (iii) the Third Measurement Date, (iv) the Fourth Measurement Date, or (v) the Final Measurement Date
Measurement Date. Shall mean the first to occur of (i) December 31, [Year 3], or (ii) the date on which a Change in Control occurs.
Measurement Date. The last day of the time period over which performance with respect to which the performance goals for any Cash Award are measured, or, if later, the last day of Continuous Service required for any Grantee to be entitled to such Cash Award
