Example Definitions of "Mortgage"
Mortgage. Means the mortgages, deeds of trust, deeds to secure Indebtedness or other similar documents granting Liens on Borrower's and the other Grantor's Real Property and interests therein to secure the Secured Obligations.
Mortgage. Means the Mortgage and Security Agreement dated the same date as this Agreement, executed by Cortez in favor of Investor.
Mortgage. A mortgage in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Holder, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Mortgage. Means the Mortgage, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing dated December 22, 2008, as amended by that certain Amendment to Mortgage, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing dated the date hereof.
Mortgage. Means a mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt, in form and substance substantially similar to that provided in accordance with the Financing Agreement or the Senior Security Agreement, as applicable, made by a Grantor in favor of the Secured Party securing the Secured Obligations and delivered to the Secured Party pursuant to the provisions hereof or otherwise.
Mortgage. Shall mean any deed to secure debt, mortgage, deed of trust or other conveyance of, or lien or encumbrance against, the Premises securing any debt, whether now existing or hereafter incurred. "Mortgages" shall mean more than one "Mortgage".
Mortgage. Whenever in this Agreement the term "Mortgage" is used it will mean any indenture of mortgage or a deed of trust which at the time in question is a lien on Tenant's and or Landlord's interest in the Property and any supplement to, modification, renewal, consolidation, replacement or extension thereof.
Mortgage. As used in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, shall mean each Original Mortgage, as amended by this Amendment and the applicable First Amendment to Mortgage.
Mortgage. As amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Mortgage"
Mortgage. Mortgage means mortgage, deed of trust, or other encumbrance recognized in this state at the time it attaches as a contractual security interest in the real property.
