Mortgage. This document, the Assignment of Rents and Profits of even date herewith, and the other loan documents evidencing or securing the loan evidenced by the Note, between the parties hereto
Mortgage. The mortgage of even date herewith from Borrower to Lender granting a second lien mortgage and security interest in, among other things, the Land.
Mortgage. That certain Project Loan Mortgage and Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof made by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent securing this Note and the other Project Loan Notes issued under the Credit Agreement, and any future consolidations, modifications, extensions or amendments thereof.

That certain Consolidation, Modification, Extension and Spreader Agreement (Acquisition Loan Mortgage) dated as of the date hereof made between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent securing this Note and the other Acquisition Loan Notes issued under the Credit Agreement, and any future consolidations, modifications, extensions or amendments thereof.
Mortgage. The meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Mortgage. With respect to each Loan, a mortgage, deed of trust, assignment of rents or leases or other instrument creating or evidencing a lien or security interest in or to any Mortgaged Property that secures such Loan
Mortgage. The deed of trust, deed to secure debt or mortgage dated as of the date of this Agreement executed by Borrower for the benefit of Lender with respect to the Premises, as the same may be amended from time to time
Mortgage. Shall mean that Mortgage, Security Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement of even date herewith given by the Borrower to the Lender, granting a lien on the Premises as security for this Note and granting a security interest to the Lender in the real personal property described therein, as amended, supplemented or modified by written agreement of the Borrower and the Lender.
Mortgage. A Deed of Trust and Security Agreement of even date with this Note from Borrower to, or for the benefit of, Lender, which secures Borrower's obligations hereunder, and which covers property in Harris County, Texas, and all modifications or amendments thereto or extensions thereof.
