Mortgage. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.
Mortgage. The certain Mortgage, Security Agreement and Financing Statement, dated the same date as this Note, executed by Maker for the benefit of Lender, and securing, among other things, payment of this Note, as supplemented, modified and amended.
