Mortgage

Mortgage. Means the Construction Mortgage, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases and Rents and Fixture Filing, dated as of the date hereof, given by Borrower to Lender, mortgaging the land, improvements and other real property described therein as security for this Note.

Mortgage. That certain Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement on the Property to be filed in the probate records of Montgomery County, Alabama, of all or any portion of such Property and Security Agreement on any leasehold or fee interest of Borrower in the Property, and delivered to Bank to secure the Notes, as such Mortgage may be amended from time to time

Mortgage. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.

Mortgage. Shall mean, individually and collectively, those certain Mortgages and Assignments of Rents and Leases encumbering the Real Property Collateral other than the Real Property Collateral encumbered by a Deed of Trust, granted by certain of the Borrower for the benefit of Bank as security for the Loan, as modified or amended from time to time.

Mortgage. The Mortgage, Security Agreement and Financing Statement dated October 11, 2019, and recorded in the real property records of Sandoval County, New Mexico on October 11, 2019, as Document Number 2019023774, made by Maker, as mortgagor, in favor of Lender, as mortgagee, securing, among other things, payment of this Note, as modified, supplemented and amended

Mortgage. Shall mean the Mortgage, Security Agreement and Financing Statement dated the same day as this Note made by Maker in favor of Lender securing, among other things, the indebtedness evidenced by this Note.

Mortgage. Any mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt or other encumbrance pursuant to which a Person's right, title and interest in, among other things, real property, is conveyed to secure an obligation to repay indebtedness.

Mortgage. Shall mean each mortgage, assignment of rents, security agreement and fixture filing, or deed of trust, assignment of rents, security agreement and fixture filing, deed to secure debt, assignment of rents, security agreement and fixture filing, or similar instrument creating and evidencing a first lien or second lien on real property and other property and rights incidental thereto.
