Nonqualified Option

Example Definitions of "Nonqualified Option"
Nonqualified Option. Means a stock option granted under this Plan which is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code.
Nonqualified Option. Means an Option not intended to be an incentive stock option as defined in Section 422 of the Code.
Nonqualified Option. Means an Option granted under the Plan that is not designated by the Grantor in the Award Document as an ISO, or an Option granted under the Plan that is designated by the Grantor in the Award Document as an ISO to the extent such Option fails to satisfy the requirements for an "incentive stock option" under Section 422 of the Code for any reason.
Nonqualified Option. Means an Option which is not intended to be an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422(b) of the Code.
Nonqualified Option. Means an Option not intended to be an Incentive Stock Option, and designated as a Non-Qualified Option.
Nonqualified Option. Means any option other than an Incentive Option.
Nonqualified Option. Means an Option granted under Section 7 that is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Code Section 422.
Nonqualified Option. Means an Option that is not an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and includes any Option designated or intended as a Nonqualified Option and any Option designated or intended as an Incentive Stock Option that fails to meet the applicable legal requirements thereof.
