Nonqualified Option

Example Definitions of "Nonqualified Option"
Nonqualified Option. Means an Option granted under Section 7 that is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Code Section 422 and related regulations.
Nonqualified Option. Shall mean an option to purchase shares of Stock, subject to the terms and conditions described in the Nonqualified Plan, which is not an incentive stock option within the meaning of Code Section 422.
Nonqualified Option. An Option not qualifying as an Incentive Stock Option.
Nonqualified Option. Or "NSO" shall mean any Option or portion thereof that either is designated in a Grant Agreement as an NSO or is otherwise not an ISO.
