Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. Shall have the meaning set forth in preamble.
Note. Shall mean the 10% Secured Promissory Note dated the date hereof between the Debtor and Lender, as the same may be modified, amended, restated or replaced from time to time.
Note. The "Note" delivered to Sellers at Closing, a copy of which Note is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Note. Means a Promissory Note in the form attached hereto.
Note. The Convertible Promissory Note, dated April 7, 2009, made by the Company in favor of the Warrantholder.
Note. Means this 12% Senior Convertible Note as originally executed and as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended.

Note. Means the Corporation's unsecured non-negotiable promissory note in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.18.
Note. Means that certain Promissory Note, executed and delivered by Borrower to the Bank, evidencing Borrower's indebtedness to the Bank in the principal amount not to exceed Twelve Million Dollars ($12,000,000).
