Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. The mortgage note described in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, as originally executed or as may be hereafter supplemented or amended from time to time in writing.
Note. The promissory note dated June 27, 2003 and amended the date hereof in the principal amount of up to $40,000,000.00 and any amendments, extensions, renewals, modifications, or substitutions thereof or therefor in effect at any particular time
Note. The respective meanings assigned thereto in the Intercreditor Agreement
Note. This Purchase Money Note, as the same may be amended, modified, replaced and/or extended from time to time.
Note. The Amended and Restated Revolving Line of Credit Note
