Note

Note. Is that certain Promissory Note of even date by the Borrower, as maker, to the Lender, as payee, in the Loan Amount.

Note. For all purposes of the Indenture on and after the effectiveness of this Supplemental Indenture.

Note. Means each of the Inventory Note and the Purchase Note.

Note. Means the Promissory Note issued by Borrower, payable in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof, evidencing the indebtedness hereunder substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified.

Note. Shall mean this Revolving Credit Note, together will all extensions, renewals, refinancing or refundings in whole or in part, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Note. Shall mean this Note and "Notes" shall mean all the 6% Convertible Notes of the Company issued the same date as this Note.

Note. Means the Promissory Note between Media and the Lender of even date issued by Media in the principal amount of $500,000.

Note. The Promissory Note, dated September 14, 2001, made by Debtor in favor of Secured Party.

Note. The word "Notes" means collectively and alternatively that certain promissory note dated as of October 19, 2001, in the principal amount of $5,000,000.00 from Grantor to Lender and that certain promissory note dated as of October 19, 2001, in the principal amount of $25,000,000.00 from Grantor to Lender, together with all renewals of, extensions of, modifications of, refinancings of, consolidations of and substitutions for the Note (or either of them) and the word "Note" means alternatively... that certain promissory note dated as of October 19, 2001, in the principal amount of $5,000,000.00 from Grantor to Lender or that certain promissory note dated as of October 19, 2001, in the principal amount of $25,000,000.00 from Grantor to Lender, together with all renewals of, extensions of, modifications of, refinancings of, consolidations of and substitutions for the Note (or either of them).
