Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. The convertible notes issued by the Company pursuant to the Facility Agreement
Note. The Amended and Restated Promissory Note by the Borrowers to the Bank, in the principal amount of $10,691,261.71, to be executed in connection with this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "D".
Note. The Note as modified by the Modification
Note. This Amended and Restated Promissory Note and all modifications, increases, replacements, renewals, and extensions of this Amended and Restated Promissory Note.
