Note. The Construction Note.
Note. That certain Secured Convertible Promissory Note issued by the Company to Holder of even date pursuant to the Agreement
Note. A certain Promissory Note of even date herewith made by Borrower in favor of Lender in the Note Amount and all replacements, substitutions, modifications, renewals and extensions thereof, which Note is payable in Monthly Payments, until the Maturity Date (as each term is defined in the Note).
Note. Means that certain Term Note of even date herewith made by the Borrower in favor of the Lender in the original principal amount of $4,946,212.91 as such may be amended, extended and/or restated
