Note. The Secured Subordinated Note Due December 29, 2014, dated June 27, 2014 made by the Debtor in favor of the Secured Party.

Note. Shall refer to and mean this Promissory Note

Note. This Secured Promissory Note made by the Company payable to the Holder, together with all amendments and supplements hereto, all substitutions and replacements hereof, and all renewals, extensions, increases, restatements, modifications, rearrangements and waivers hereof from time to time

Note. This Unsecured Subordinated Note, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time

Note. Borrower's $600,000 promissory note to Creditor dated the date hereof and attached hereto as Exhibit A, as said Note may be extended, renewed, refinanced, refunded, amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, and any replacement or successor note

Note. Includes the Second Amended and Restated Senior Secured Convertible Note, dated September 21, 2015, issued by the Grantor to Holder pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement.

Note. Means any one of a series of convertible promissory notes issued as of the date hereof (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) by the Company to investors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Note. The Promissory Note or the credit agreement evidencing the loan obligation.

Note. That certain promissory note or those certain promissory notes dated the same date as this Security Agreement made by Debtor payable to Secured Party.
