Notice of Termination

Notice of Termination. Means a written notice which (1) indicates the specific provision in this Agreement relied upon, (2) briefly summarizes the facts and circumstances deemed to provide a basis for the Employee's Termination of Employment under the provision so indicated, and (3) specifies the Termination Date (which date shall not be more than 15 days after the giving of such notice).

Notice of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Notice of Termination" shall mean a written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and, in the case of a termination of the Executive's employment by the Company for Cause or by the Executive for Good Reason, shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.

Notice of Termination. A written notice from the Company to the Executive specifying the Date of Termination.

Notice of Termination. Shall mean a notice from Executive or the Corporation to the other party regarding the intent to terminate Executive's employment. To the extent applicable, the Notice of Termination shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement (if any) relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.

Notice of Termination. A written notice which indicates the specific reason(s) relied upon by the Corporation for Separation from Service of an Employee and which sets forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for the Employee's Separation from Service. Notice of Termination. A notice which, if by the Company and is for Misconduct or Disability (as defined in Section 10(d) hereof), shall set forth in reasonable detail the reason for such termination of Employee's employment, or in the case of resignation by Employee for Good Reason, shall specify in reasonable detail the basis for such resignation.

Notice of Termination. Any termination by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive for Good Reason, shall be communicated by Notice of Termination to the other party in accordance with Section 7.4.
