Notice of Termination

Notice of Termination. A written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provisions in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide the basis for such termination.

Notice of Termination. Shall mean a notice given by the Executive or the Company which shall indicate the specific basis for termination of employment of the Executive and shall set forth in reasonable detail facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for determination of any payments under this Agreement.

Notice of Termination. The term "Notice of Termination" means any written notice that Executive's employment is being terminated given by the Corporation or Executive for any reason which specifies a Date of Termination, which may be effective immediately.
