Notice of Termination

Notice of Termination. Shall mean a written notice of termination of the Executive's employment, signed by the Executive if to the Bank or FIB or signed by a duly authorized member of the Boards if to the Executive, which indicates the specific termination provision in this Agreement, if any, relied upon and which sets forth in detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.
