Obligor

Example Definitions of "Obligor"
Obligor. Means a borrower, mortgagor, guarantor or judgment debtor under a Loan or other Person who owes payments or is responsible for performance under a Loan.
Obligor. Has the meaning assigned to that term in paragraph 6 hereof.
Obligor. Means any individual Borrower or Indemnitor and "Obligors" means some or all of the persons and entities comprising Borrower and/or Indemnitor, collectively.
