Offering Periods. Certain period during which shares of Common Stock may be purchased under the Plan that will be determined by the Administrator. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Sections 4 and 19
Offering Periods. A period during which an option may be granted pursuant to the Plan and may be exercised on one or more Exercise Dates as specified in Section 4. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Sections 4 and 20
