Offering. The meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement
Offering. The Company's minimum $500,000 and maximum $2,000,000 (with an over-allotment option of $1,000,000) offering of units consisting of shares of Common Stock and Warrants as described in and made pursuant to the Memorandum
