Offering

Offering. Means the offer and sale of Shares pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Offering. The offering of the Units by the Company.

Offering. Means the offering of shares of Common Stock pursuant to this Plan in the Subscription Offering and the Community Offering or any Public Offering.

The total amount of Units being offered is 4,273,504 for a total maximum purchase price of $5,000,000 USD.

Offering. Shall mean the offering of Shares and Warrants by the Company pursuant to the Memorandum.
