Example Definitions of "Officer"
Officer. Means a President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chairman of the Board, Vice President, Assistant Secretary or Assistant Treasurer of the Company, as such positions are described in the Company's Bylaws, any other person designated an "officer" of the Company by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company's Bylaws or any person who is an "officer" within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(f) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4350(i)(1)(A).
Officer. Means the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President-Treasury and Vice President-Finance of the Borrower.
