Officer

Officer. Means a President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chairman of the Board, Vice President, Assistant Secretary or Assistant Treasurer of the Company, as such positions are described in the Company's Bylaws, any other person designated an "officer" of the Company by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company's Bylaws or any person who is an "officer" within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(f) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4350(i)(1)(A).

Officer. Means the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President-Treasury and Vice President-Finance of the Borrower.

Officer. An Employee who is considered an officer of Parent under Rule 16a-1(f) (or any successor rule) promulgated under the Exchange Act.

Officer. Shall mean any officer of the Employer who has been elected as such by the Board of Directors of such Employer and is serving as such upon a Change in Control, unless expressly excluded from coverage under this Plan by the Board of Directors at the time of such election. Officer. (i) any individual who has been elected as an officer of SJW Corp. or San Jose Water Company by the Board of Directors and is serving in such capacity at any time during the applicable time period set forth in Section 2(a) of the Plan, unless expressly excluded from coverage under the Plan by the Board of Directors at the time of such election, and (ii) any individual who has been elected as an officer of any other member of the Employer Group and has been expressly designated by the Executive...
