Officer

Officer. An officer of the Company who is not a Designated Officer.

Officer. A person who is an officer of the Company, DSP Group, Inc. or a Related Entity within the meaning of Section 16 of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder

Officer. An Employee who has been designated by the Board to serve as an executive officer of the Company

Officer. Shall mean an individual who is designated by the Chairman as eligible to participate in the Plan who is an elected officer of SBC or of any SBC subsidiary (direct or indirect).
