Officer

Officer. Means an employee of the Corporation who is designated as such by the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Corporation and is compensated in accordance with any salary scales or pay grades applicable to officers. Officer. Shall include the Indemnitee's service at the request of the Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise as well as Director, Officer, employee or agent of the Corporation.
