Example Definitions of "Option Period"
Option Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the date of this Option Agreement and ending at the close of the Company's business ten years from the date hereof. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, in the case of an Option granted to a 10% Stockholder, the Option Period shall mean the period commencing on the date of this Option Agreement and ending at the close of the Company's business five years from the date hereof.
