Example Definitions of "Option Period"
Option Period. Shall mean the term of an Option, as specified in an agreement. 1
Option Period. Shall mean with respect to the Class C Option, the period commencing as of the date hereof and ending October 31, 2010 or such earlier date as when this Option Agreement may be terminated by its terms.
Option Period. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in clause 5.3.
Option Period. Means the ten year period between the date an Option is granted and the expiration date of the Option.
Option Period. The period described in paragraph (a) of Subsection 4.2.
Option Period. The right of Buyer to exercise the Option shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall expire two (2) years from the Effective Date ("OPTION PERIOD").

Means the period beginning on the date of the Second A Closing until the earlier of: (a) the date that is three (3) months following the date on which the milestones set forth on Section 1 of Exhibit A hereto have been achieved within the time period initially scheduled for such achievement, and (b) January 1, 2004.

Option Period. Shall mean a quarterly, semi-annual or other period as determined by the Board. In the absence of a Board determination, the Option Period shall be calendar quarters. The first Option Period under the Plan will begin on July 1, 1998 and end on September 30, 1998.
Option Period. Means the period during which an option may be exercised pursuant to the terms of this Plan and the applicable option agreement.
