Option Period

Option Period. The period from the date of this Agreement to and including the date of exercise or termination of the Option

Option Period. The period of time during which an Option is exercisable

Option Period. Means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the Termination Date.

Option Period. The period that begins on the Effective Date and ends on the earlier of (a) September 7, 2024, and (b) the date the Option Holder delivers to the Administrative Agent the Option Exercise Notice.

Option Period. Shall mean the twelve (12) month period commencing on the earlier to occur of (i) May 2, 2023, and (ii) the date on which the Operating Partnership notifies Oaktree that the Company has issued one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) of its common stock to non-affiliates pursuant to the Follow-on Offering.

Option Period. Means a [***] following the Assessment Period.

Option Period. (o) "Option Period" has the meaning given to that term in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Option Period. The period commencing upon the Optionee's receipt of this Award Agreement and ending on the date on which the Option expires pursuant to Section 3 or has been exercised with respect to all Option Shares.
