Option Price

Example Definitions of "Option Price"
Option Price. Per share price of an option, as specified in the Award Agreement for such option
Option Price. Means the purchase price per Unit payable on exercise of an Option.
Option Price. The amount to be paid by a Grantee to exercise an Option
Option Price. The exercise price for an Option.
Option Price. With respect to any particular Offering Period, an amount equal to 85% of the average of the Fair Market Values for each Business Day during that Offering Period.

With respect to any Offering Period through the Offering Period commencing as of April 1, 2005, eighty-five percent (85%) of the Fair Market Value of one share of Common Stock on the Offering Termination Date, and with respect to any Offering Period commencing on or after July 1, 2005, ninety-five percent (95%) of the Fair Market Value of one share of Common Stock on the Offering Termination Date
