Example Definitions of "Option Price"
Option Price. The price at which a share of Common Stock covered by an Option granted hereunder may be purchased.
Option Price. The price at which each share of Common Stock subject to an Option may be purchased, determined in accordance with Section 6.2 hereof
Option Price. With respect to a particular Offering Period, an amount equal to 90% of the Fair Market Value per Share determined on the Offering Termination Date, or if such date is not a trading day, then on the next trading day thereafter.
