Option Price

Option Price. The price at which a share of Common Stock covered by an Option granted hereunder may be purchased.

Option Price. The price at which each share of Common Stock subject to an Option may be purchased, determined in accordance with Section 6.2 hereof

Option Price. With respect to a particular Offering Period, an amount equal to 90% of the Fair Market Value per Share determined on the Offering Termination Date, or if such date is not a trading day, then on the next trading day thereafter.

Option Price. Means, with respect to any Option, the exercise price per share of Common Stock to which it relates.

Option Price. The price to be paid by an Optionee upon exercise of an Option

Option Price. The price per Reserved Share which is required to be paid by the Holder in order to exercise his or her right to acquire the Reserved Share under the terms of the Option

Option Price. The price indicated in the Grant Notice as the exercise price per share to be paid by the Participant for the exercise of this option

Option Price. 85 percent of the lesser of: (1) the Fair Market Value per Share on the Offering Commencement Date, or if such date is not a trading day, then on the next trading day thereafter or (2) the Fair Market Value per Share on the Offering Termination Date, or if such date is not a trading day, then on the next trading day thereafter.
