Example Definitions of "Option Price"
Option Price. The purchase price per Award Share payable on exercise of an Option
Option Price. The price per Share at which an Option may be exercised
Option Price. With respect to a particular Offering Period, an amount equal to 85% of the lesser of the Fair Market Value per Share determined on the Offering Commencement Date or the Offering Termination Date
Option Price. The purchase price of each Share underlying an Option.
