Option

Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means any option enabling the holder thereof to purchase any of the Company's Common Stock granted by the Committee (or, in the absence of the Committee, the Board) pursuant to the provisions of this Plan. Options to be granted under this Plan may be incentive stock options within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code ("Incentive Stock Options") or in such other form, consistent with this Plan, as the Committee (or, in the absence of the Committee, the Board) may determine.
Option. The term "Option" shall have the meaning set forth in the preface.
Option. Means a stock option to purchase a specified number of shares of Subordinate Voting Stock over a specified time period granted to and accepted by a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
