Option

Option. The option granted to each participant pursuant to Section 4 upon enrollment in an Offering Period

Option. Means this stock option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to this Agreement.

Option. Shall mean the right granted to the Grantee pursuant to this Agreement to purchase a single Class A Share, subject to the terms and conditions hereof. The number of Options granted to the Grantee pursuant to this Agreement is set forth on the signature page hereof.

Option. An award of an option to purchase Shares pursuant to Sections 5 and 7

Option. An award of an option to purchase Shares pursuant to Section 5 or previously granted pursuant to Section 7

Option. The right, granted pursuant to this Plan, of a holder to purchase shares of Stock under Sections 6 and 7 hereof at a price and upon the terms to be specified by the Committee.

Option. The rights granted to an Employee to purchase a stated number of shares of Common Stock pursuant to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Plan and an Option Agreement.

Option. The rights to purchase a stated number of shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Plan and an Option Agreement (as defined below).

Option. A Non-Qualified Stock Option to purchase Common Stock of the Company granted pursuant to the Plan which has an exercise price no less than the Fair Market Value of the underlying Common Stock on the date of grant and has a term of no more than ten years.

Option. Shall mean a stock option granted under the Plan.
