Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. The option granted to each participant pursuant to Section 4 upon enrollment in an Offering Period
Option. Means this stock option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to this Agreement.
Option. Shall mean the right granted to the Grantee pursuant to this Agreement to purchase a single Class A Share, subject to the terms and conditions hereof. The number of Options granted to the Grantee pursuant to this Agreement is set forth on the signature page hereof.
Option. An award of an option to purchase Shares pursuant to Sections 5 and 7
