Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. A stock option or warrant granted pursuant to the Plan.
Option. Shall mean any option granted under the Plan.
Option. Shall mean a right granted under, and in accordance with, the terms of this Plan to purchase Common Stock at a stated price for a specified period of time. For purposes of this Plan, "Options" shall mean non-qualified stock options that are not intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 422.
Option. Means an option to convert a percentage of Annual Incentive or Monthly Incentive into Shares pursuant to this Plan.
Option. Means either an ISO or a Non-qualified Stock Option granted by the Company under the Plan.
Option. Means the right to purchase Stock at a stated price for a specified period of time. For purposes of the Plan, an Option may be either (i) an "Incentive Stock Option" (ISO) within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code or (ii) a "Nonstatutory Stock Option" (NSO). Unless the Committee shall otherwise specify at the time of grant, any Option granted hereunder shall be a Nonstatutory Stock Option.
Option. Means an option to purchase a share or shares of common stock of the Corporation granted under the Plan.
