Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means a non-qualified stock option to purchase Shares which is not intended to be an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Option. An option to purchase shares of Stock granted under the Plan to a Participant in accordance with Section 3(a) hereof
Option. Any option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted under the Plan.
