Option

Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means an award of an option to purchase Shares, which is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code, pursuant to Section 5 hereof.
Option. Means a Call Option or a Put Option, as the context requires.
Option. Means a Fixed Option or a Retainer Option.
Option. Shall mean a Stock Option granted pursuant to this Nonstatutory Stock Option Agreement. 1
Option. Means an option to purchase Shares, granted by the Board pursuant to this Plan, whether the option is an ISO or a Non-ISO.
