Option

Option. Means an award of an option to purchase Shares, which is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code, pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

Option. Means a Call Option or a Put Option, as the context requires.

Option. Means a Fixed Option or a Retainer Option.

Option. Shall mean a Stock Option granted pursuant to this Nonstatutory Stock Option Agreement. 1

Option. Means an option to purchase Shares, granted by the Board pursuant to this Plan, whether the option is an ISO or a Non-ISO.

Option. Means the right granted to an Employee to purchase Shares pursuant to an offering made under the Plan and pursuant to such Employee's election to purchase Shares in such offering, at a price, and subject to such limitations and restrictions as the Plan and the Committee may impose.

Option. An option granted under the Plan which may be either an ISO or a Non-Qualified Stock Option.

Option. The right and option evidenced by this Agreement.

Option. Means an option of any type permitted by Applicable Laws to purchase Shares granted pursuant to this Plan.

Option. Shall mean a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. Options shall include both Incentive Stock Options under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code and Nonqualified Stock Options, as the context requires.
