Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. And refers collectively to Incentive Stock Options and Nonqualified Stock Options
Option. A right, granted to a Participant under Section 6(b)(i), to purchase shares of Stock. All Options granted hereunder shall be nonqualified stock options and shall not be incentive stock options intended to qualify under Section 422 of the Code.
Option. Means the right to purchase Share(s) subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan.
Option. Means an Award granted under Section 7 of the Plan and includes both Incentive Stock Options to purchase Stock and Nonqualified Stock Options to purchase Stock.
Option. The option to acquire an undivided 100% right, title and interest in and to the Property, subject to the Royalty, as provided in this Agreement
