Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means a right to purchase Stock. All Options under the Plan shall be Non-Qualified Stock Options.
Option. Shall mean an option to purchase shares of Common Stock of the Corporation.
Option. Shall mean a nonstatutory stock option granted by the Corporation under this Plan which is not intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of the Code.
Option. Means a Nonstatutory Share Option granted pursuant to the Plan that entitles the holder to purchase from the Company a stated number of Shares at the price set forth in the Option Agreement.
Option. Means a right to acquire shares of Common Stock granted under the Plan, which right may but need not qualify as an "incentive stock option" under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code and regulations thereunder.
Option. The option to purchase Common Stock granted Optionee by this Agreement.
Option. Means an option to purchase Common Stock authorized by and granted under this Plan, whether a Performance Vesting Option or Time Vesting Option. The Administrator will designate any Option granted to an employee of the Corporation or a Subsidiary as a Nonqualified Stock Option or an Incentive Stock Option.
Option. Means an option granted hereunder which will entitle an Eligible Employee to purchase shares of Common Stock.
Option. Means any right, warrant, option or arrangement which allows a person to acquire securities of the Corporation or requires the Corporation to issue any securities to a Person.
