Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. An option to purchase or subscribe Shares granted pursuant to the Plan
Option. Both an Incentive Stock Option and a Non-qualified Stock Option
Option. A Non-qualified Stock Option, an Incentive Stock Option or either or both of them
Option. Means an award of an option to purchase Shares pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
Option. Means a Nonstatutory Stock Option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5.
Option. An option to purchase Shares granted to an Optionee under this Plan.
Option. A right to purchase Shares, subject to adjustments as provided herein, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan. Reference to 'Option' in the Plan means all vested and non-vested Options unless otherwise specifically stated
Option. An Incentive Stock Option or Nonqualified Option to purchase Common Stock in the Corporation granted under the Plan. To the extent that the aggregate Fair Market Value of stock to which Incentive Stock Options are exercisable for the first time by any Participant during any calendar year (under all plans of the Corporation and its Affiliates) exceeds $100,000, such options will be treated as Nonqualified Options.

Option. Means a right to purchase Shares, and includes an Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option.
