Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means a right granted to a Director pursuant to the Plan to purchase a specified number of shares of Common Stock at a specified Option Price during a specified period and on such other terms and conditions as may be specified pursuant to the Plan. All Options granted under this Plan shall be Nonstatutory Stock Options.
Option. Means any stock option granted by the Committee pursuant to this Plan.
Option. Means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. Options granted under the Plan shall be nonstatutory stock options and shall not qualify as incentive stock options under Sections 421 and 422 of the Code.
Option. Shall mean the option to purchase shares of Common Stock of the Company granted hereunder.
Option. Or "Stock Option" shall mean the right to purchase shares of Common Stock pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement.
