Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means this Option and Option(s) delivered in substitution or exchange therefore, as provided herein.
Option. Any then outstanding unvested option that was granted to Executive prior to the Effective Date (referred to herein as an "Option") that is scheduled to vest during the twelve (12) month period following the date of Executive's death shall immediately vest on the date of Executive's death;
