Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. (r) "Option" means an option to purchase Units granted to an Eligible Person under Section 8 of the Plan subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Board may determine at the time of grant. For the avoidance of doubt, no Option granted under the Plan shall be intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" under Code Section 422.
Option. A stock option granted pursuant to this Plan. Each Option shall be a nonstatutory option not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code
Option. A right, granted to a Optionee under Section 6(b), to purchase shares of Stock. An Option may be either an ISO or an NSO, provided that ISO's may not be granted to independent contractors or Scientific Advisors.
Option. The right of a Participant to purchase shares of Incentive Stock in accordance with the terms of this Plan and the Stock Option Agreement between such Participant and the Corporation
