Option

Option. Means the right to purchase, at a price and for the term fixed by the Committee in accordance with the Plan, and subject to such other limitations and restrictions in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement, a number of Shares determined by the Committee.

Option. Shall mean a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan.

Option. This option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to this Agreement.

Option. The Nonqualified Stock Option granted to Participant evidenced by this Agreement

Option. Any option enabling the holder thereof to purchase any shares of the Company's Common Stock granted by the Committee pursuant to the provisions of this Plan. Options to be granted under this Plan may be incentive stock options within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code (Incentive Stock Options) or in such other form, consistent with this Plan, as the Committee may determine

Option. Means an ISO or NSO granted under the Plan and entitling the holder to purchase Common Shares.

Option. Means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock, subject to the terms and conditions provided for in Section 9 hereof.

Option. Shall mean the right, granted pursuant to this Plan, of a holder to purchase shares of Common Stock at a price and upon the terms to be specified by the Committee.

Option. Means the right to purchase shares of Common Stock upon ------ exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
