Option. An option to purchase shares under this Plan

Option. An option to purchase Shares granted under this Plan in accordance with the terms of Section 6

Option. The right to purchase the number of shares of Common Stock specified by the Committee, at a price and for the term fixed by the Committee in accordance with the Plan and subject to any other limitations and restrictions imposed by the Plan or the Committee

Option. Means a conditional right, granted to a Participant under Section 5 hereof, to purchase shares of Stock at a specified price during specified time periods.

Option. Means either an Incentive Stock Option meeting the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or a Non-statutory Stock Option which are not intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code.

Option. Either an Incentive Stock Option, in accordance with Section 422 of Code, or a Nonstatutory Option, to purchase the Company's Stock that may be awarded to a Participant under the Plan. A Participant who receives an award of an Option shall be referred to as an 'Optionee.'

Option. An option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to Section 7 hereof. Each Option shall be a nonqualified option, and shall not be an incentive option as defined in Section 422 of the Code

Option. An option granted under the Plan. No Option shall be an incentive stock option as defined in Section 422A of the Code
