Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. The option granted to WaferGen US hereunder to exchange the Notes for cash or shares in WaferGen US in accordance with Clause 5
Option. Shall mean the right granted to the Grantee hereunder to purchase one share of Common Stock for a purchase price equal to the Exercise Price and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Option. The meaning given to such term in the recitals to this Agreement.
