Option

Option. Shall mean a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. Page 2 – 2000 STOCK INCENTIVE PLAN (CASCADE MICROTECH, INC.)

Option. Collectively means an Incentive Option or a Nonincentive Option granted to an Optionee hereunder pursuant to an Option Agreement.

Option. Any Option (ISO or NQSO) to purchase Shares granted under this Plan.

Option. An option awarded pursuant to Section 8 to purchase a Common Share and may refer to an incentive stock option ("ISO" or "incentive stock option") as defined in Internal Revenue Code section 422, or a nonstatutory stock option (that is, an option that is not an ISO).

Option. An option granted pursuant to the Plan to purchase a Common Share and may refer to an incentive stock option as defined in section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code, or a non-qualified stock option (that is, an option that is not an incentive stock option), or an option granted to a Subsidiary pursuant to Section 9

Option. The meaning set forth in subsection 6.1(a) of the Plan

Option. An option to acquire Shares granted pursuant to Section 7. Options granted pursuant to the Plan will not constitute 'incentive stock options' under the Code

Option. An option to purchase Units granted to an Eligible Person under the Plan.

Option. The right to purchase the number of Shares granted in the Option agreement at a prescribed purchase price on the terms specified in the Plan and the Option agreement. No Option awarded under this Plan is intended to be an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Option. An option to purchase the Ordinary Shares on an Exercise Date that is granted under the Plan
