Parent

Parent. The meaning set forth in the preamble, together with its successors; provided that in the event that Seagate Technology is released from its obligations under the Indenture, the Guarantee and the Notes and Seagate plc succeeds to such obligations pursuant to Section 10.05(b) of the Indenture (or any successor provision), "Parent" shall mean Seagate plc, together with its successors

Parent.
