Participant

Participant. Shall mean any Employee who receives an Option under the Plan, as evidenced by an Option Agreement entered into between such Employee and Fortis, Inc.

Participant. An employee of the Company or any Subsidiary who is, pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan, selected to participate herein.

Participant. A key employee or non-employee who is selected by the Committee under Section 5 to receive an Award

Participant. Any employee, officer, consultant or advisor of Dominion or a Dominion Company who receives an Incentive Award under the Plan
