Participant

Participant. The "Participant" listed in the Award Letter

Participant. An Employee to whom an Award has been made under this Plan

Participant. Any Senior Executive who is selected by the Committee (or in the case of Senior Executives who are not Covered Employees, any Person or committee empowered by the Committee to make such selection) to participate in the Plan for a Performance Period

Participant. Any salaried employee of the Company who is chosen to participate in the Plan, as specified in Section 3.

Participant. An Employee who has satisfied the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3 of the Plan and who has not received his total benefits under the Plan

Participant. Any Officer and any Employee actively employed by the Corporation during an Award Year in an Organization Unit in a position designated as a participating position in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the Committee

Participant. An Eligible Employee who receives an award under the Plan

Participant. An Employee or a non-employee Director who is selected by the Committee or the Board from time to time in its sole discretion to receive an Award under the Plan.

Participant. Any executive officer or employee of the Company designated by the Committee, in its sole discretion, to participate in this Annual Incentive Plan for a given Performance Period

Participant. An officer or key employee of the Company who is, pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan, selected and designated by the Committee in writing to participate herein, and who has been provided an Award Agreement
