Participant

Participant. Means an Eligible Employee who elects to participate in the Global ESPP.

Participant. An individual who has been granted an Award under the Plan that remains outstanding, including an individual who is no longer an Eligible Person.

Participant. An Eligible Employee who was selected to participate in the Plan and received a Phantom Unit award and any former Eligible Employee who continues to be entitled to a benefit under the Plan. An Eligible Employee became a Participant upon the Eligible Employee's acknowledgement, execution and delivery to the Company of the Phantom Unit Award Agreement

Participant. Any Employee or Non-Employee Director holding an outstanding Award.

Participant. Any eligible Award recipient who is granted an Award under the Plan.

Participant. A person to whom an Option has been granted under this Plan

Participant. Any Employee who meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 5 and who holds one or more outstanding Awards

Participant. Any employee, director or other Company Contributor who receives an Award under the Plan. Where the context so requires, all references to a Participant includes the legal or personal representative thereof or any transferee.

Participant. Any employee or former employee of the Company or any Affiliate who holds an outstanding Award granted under the Plan.

Participant. An Employee who is participating in this Plan by meeting the eligibility requirements of Section 3 and electing to participate in the Plan in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Company.
