Participant

Participant. An Employee who is selected by the Administrator to participate in the Plan and any former Participant who continues to be entitled to a benefit under the Plan.

Participant. Any Director who is eligible to participate in the Program under Section 4. An individual shall remain a Participant until that individual has received full distribution of any amount credited to the Participant's Account.

Participant. A key management employee of a Debtor designated by the Committee, in its sole discretion, to participate in this Plan

Participant. An employee of the Company or an Affiliate who has been designated to participate in the Plan by the Board or by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company

Participant. An Executive who meets the eligibility requirements for the Plan set forth in Section 3 and who has deferred a portion of his or her Bonus

Participant. An employee of the Company whose participation in the Plan has been approved by the Company pursuant to Section 4

Participant. An employee of the Company who has been selected for participation in the Plan by the Company and has received an Award Letter

Participant. Shall mean each officer or key employee of the Company or a Subsidiary whom the Committee designates as a participant in the Plan.

Participant. Any employee or officer of the Bank who has been selected to receive an Award under the SAR Plan

Participant. Select group of management or highly compensated employees who are in the regular employment of the Company and who are expected to be primarily responsible for the management, growth, or supervision of some part or all of the business of the Company. The power to determine who is and who is not a Participant shall be reserved solely for the Committee but participation shall exclude employees who would not qualify as one of the foregoing group of employees
