Participant

Participant. An employee of the Company or one of its subsidiaries or controlled affiliates that participates in the Plan as designated by the Committee

Participant. A person who at the time of designation is an employee of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company and is designated for participation in this Plan by the Company's Chief Executive Officer with the approval of the Board; provided, however, that it shall be a condition to the participation in this Plan, and partial consideration for the rights granted hereunder, that any employee who owned Series B Preferred Stock in the Company's predecessor agree to waive his or her right to receive any cash... payment payable in consideration of the extinguishment of the Series B Preferred Stock pursuant to the Company's Plan of Reorganization. Participant. The term "Participant" shall have the meaning set forth in the preface.

Participant. An individual who (i) is a Eligible Officer and (ii) has been affirmatively selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan.

Participant. Means an individual who is eligible for, receives, and accepts an Option granted under the Plan.

Participant. An individual holding a stock option or stock options granted to him under the Plan

Participant. Means each of the employees of the Company set forth in the attached Exhibit A and who has executed a Corporate Transaction Bonus Agreement.
