Participant

Participant. Any Employee determined by the Committee to be eligible to participate in the Plan.

Participant. Shall mean any Employee who is a participant in the Qualified Plan and whose benefit under the Qualified Plan is limited, directly or indirectly, by Code Sections 401(a)(17) and/or 415. In no event shall an Employee who is not entitled to benefit under the Qualified Plan be eligible for, or receive, an Excess Cash Balance Benefit under the Plan.

Participant. An Employee who is designated to participate in the Plan pursuant to Section 3 of the Plan.

Participant. An individual to whom an Option is granted under this Plan

Participant. Any person who meets the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 6 and who is granted an Award under the Plan.

Participant. Means any person who is classified as a salaried employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries who, in the judgment of the Committee, occupies a key executive position in which his efforts may significantly contribute to the profits or growth of the Company.

Participant. Means each person who has been granted a Restricted Stock Unit award.

Participant. An Employee who is selected by the Committee pursuant to Section 4 to participate in the Plan.

Participant. Shall mean each person (i) who is a participant in the Pension Plan on or after December 1, 2006, (ii) who is a senior corporate officer of Cliffs or a full-time salaried employee of an Employer who has a Management Performance Incentive Plan Pay Band E or above, and (iii) who as a result of participation in this Plan is entitled to a Supplemental Benefit under this Plan. Participant. Each executive of the Company or a Subsidiary who has been selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan and to whom an Award has been made pursuant to this Plan.
