Participant

Participant. Shall mean an Executive or a Director who is selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan and with whom the Bank enters into an Agreement.

Participant. Any Eligible Account Holder, Tax-Qualified Employee Stock Benefit Plan, Supplemental Eligible Account Holder, or Director, Officer, employee or Corporator of the MHC, the Mid-Tier Holding Company or the Bank, as applicable.

Participant. Participant means an Eligible Director who has been selected by the Administrator to participate in the Plan or who is identified in Exhibit A.

Participant. Shall mean an Eligible Employee who participates in the Plan pursuant to Section 5 hereof. 2

Participant. Means an officer, employee, director or consultant of the Trust who has been granted an Award under the Plan.

Participant. An Employee who has elected to participate in the Plan by filing an enrollment agreement with the Company or otherwise completing enrollment procedures as provided in Section 5 below

Participant. An Eligible Employee who meets the eligibility requirements and other conditions of Section 3 hereof, until such time as the Eligible Employee's participation ceases in accordance with Section 3(c) hereof

Participant. An individual identified by name in, or by the Committee in accordance with, Section 4 hereof.

Participant. An Employee who has accrued a Restoration Benefit under Section 4 for any Plan Year and who has not received a distribution of the balance credited to his Account

Participant. A person who is selected by the Committee to receive benefits under the Plan and who is at that time (i) an executive officer or other key employee of A. H. Belo or any Subsidiary or (ii) the holder of a stock option or restricted stock units issued by Belo Corp. to whom A. H. Belo is obligated to issue a Stock Option and/or Restricted Stock Units pursuant to the terms of that certain Employee Matters Agreement dated as of the Distribution Date by and between Belo Corp. and A. H. Belo
